The Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Department of Eastern Washington University is pleased to host the Annual Northwest Student Sport and Exercise Psychology Symposium. 

 

The symposium will be held Friday, April 10 and Saturday, April 11, 2015 on the campus of Eastern Washington University. This year’s symposium will feature addresses by dynamic and accomplished professionals, as well as various graduate student presentations.

 

Our goal is to make the 2015 NWSSEPS an enjoyable and educational experience for students of sport and exercise psychology in the Northwestern United States.

Mission

The mission of the 2015 Northwest Student Sport and Exercise Psychology Symposium, in the tradition of other regional student conferences held throughout the United States, is to foster personalized learning and interaction between students and prominent professionals in the field of sport and exercise psychology.

 

The symposium will provide a forum for students to present completed and proposed research, to introduce unique intervention techniques or programs, to discuss professional issues, and to meet professionals in both formal and informal settings.
